On Friday night, I had the pleasure of discovering that the San Francisco culinary landmark Burma Superstar recently opened another restaurant in Alameda! I had burmese samusas (tres spicy. . . and delicious!), pumpkin pork (pork shanks in a creamy curry made with cabasa squash), coconut rice and the spicy rice made with cardamon pods.
